Senator John Hoeven today issued the following statement on the Supreme Court's leaked draft opinion in Dobbs V. Jackson Women's Health Organization:
"This leak is a serious breach of the Supreme Court's security and independence, and it should be fully investigated. I remain committed to protecting the unborn and if the draft opinion reflects the final decision, it would have my support. It is consistent with my work in the Senate to advance pro-life legislation, support programs that protect the health of mothers and respect the sanctity of life."
