Today, U.S. Representative Ken Buck (CO-04) released the following statement after members of the Big Tech Censorship and Data Task Force previewed the House GOP policies on Big Tech.

"While there were useful findings on privacy and Section 230, the most important element in the battle against Big Tech--antitrust reform--has been mostly left out. The Clayton and Sherman antitrust laws were passed more than a century ago. It's time for us to update those laws to reflect how Americans live, work, and consume today. If we're serious about taking on Big Tech, we need to stop fighting with one hand tied behind our backs and explore every tool at our disposal to stop Americans' voices from being silenced."
