U.S. Representative Ken Buck (CO-04) released the following statement announcing he will be voting against the massive $1.5 trillion spending measure, H.R. 2471 the Consolidated Appropriations Act (omnibus), scheduled for a vote in the House on Wednesday, March 9th:

"Nancy Pelosi and House Democrats crafted $1.5 trillion spending bill in the dead of night that cuts funding to Customs and Border Patrol, does not include a dime to fix Biden's Border Crisis in any other manner, and lacks any significant energy independence provisions that we so desperately need while instead directing hundreds of millions of dollars to study a green agenda that will do nothing to alleviate the price at the pump for Americans.

"Everything about this out of control spending bill exemplifies what is wrong with Nancy Pelosi's leadership, and I will vote against it."
