Letter to Hon. Joseph Biden, President of the United States - Hoeven Opposes Additional COVID-19 Assistance Without Full Accountability From White House on Previous COVID-19 Spending

Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, this week joined Senator Mitt Romney (R-Utah) in pressing President Biden to account for how the federal government has allocated trillions of dollars in taxpayer funds to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. In the letter, the senators outline that specific answers regarding how the money has been spent and how much remains available are vital.

"Since passage of the American Rescue Plan Act, we need an accounting of where the money has been spent and how much of it is still left" said Hoeven.
