U.S. Representative Charlie Crist (D-St. Petersburg) released the following statement after House passage of H.Res.881, a resolution condemning the heinous terrorist attack on Congregation Beth Israel in Colleyville, Texas on January 15, 2022. H.Res.881 passed the House unanimously.

"Today, I was proud to join my colleagues in condemning the heinous, anti-Semitic terrorist attack at Congregation Beth Israel in Colleyville, Texas earlier this year," said Rep. Crist. "We must stand united against hatred, bigotry, and anti-Semitism. Nobody should fear violence in their place of worship. That includes our Jewish neighbors who are facing an unacceptable rise in anti-Semitism and anti-Semitic incidents. I cosponsored H.Res.881 because it's important to show that, no matter our political differences, we all come together to fight anti-Semitism and bigotry."
