Congressman Troy Balderson (OH-12) issued the following statement today in response to the U.S. Supreme Court's decision to block the Biden Administration's COVID-19 vaccination mandate issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA):

"The Supreme Court's decision to block the OSHA vaccine mandate is welcome news for employers who had serious concerns about keeping workers on their payrolls under these heavy-handed rules. They got it right.

"Forcing Americans to choose between putting food on their tables and complying with an arbitrary federal vaccine mandate would have been disastrous for both our economy and individual liberty."
