Congressman Keller Statement on U.S. Supreme Court Hearing Arguments on President Biden's Vaccine Mandates for Businesses

Today, Congressman Fred Keller (PA-12) released the following statement in response to the U.S. Supreme Court hearing a challenge to President Biden's vaccine mandate for private employers with more than 100 employees:

"This morning, the Supreme Court is hearing a challenge to President Biden's terrible vaccine mandate on America's workforce. I recently signed an amicus brief to the Court, asking it to stop the enforcement of this draconian mandate, which would be devastating for the more than 80 million workers to whom it would apply. I am hopeful the Court will rule in favor of our Constitution and affirm that Americans have the right to make health care decisions for themselves, free from government coercion.

"While this issue continues to be litigated in court, we must leave no stone unturned. That is why I am leading the legislative challenge in the House though our Congressional Review Act resolution to formally nullify this mandate."
