Today, United States Congressman Van Taylor (TX-03) released the following statement:

"Today's Supreme Court ruling against President Biden's tyrannical COVID-19 vaccine mandates for private sector workers is a victory for all freedom loving Americans. The current administration cannot rewrite the Constitution to fit their own political agenda and sacrifice the rights of hardworking Americans. Joe Biden is not king. We live in a Republic where the President does not have the power to completely circumvent Congress and write their own decrees. While today was a step in the right direction, the fight is not over until we can ensure our military, healthcare workers, and anyone who finds themselves in Biden's sights are not subjected to this unconstitutional power grab."
