Today, after voting against President Biden's massive reconciliation spending bill, Congressman Van Taylor (TX-03) released the following statement:

"This morning, democrats callously doubled down on their radical spending agenda. Ignoring Americans buried under Biden's inflation and his self-created crisis on our southern border, Speaker Pelosi shoved through the most expensive bill in U.S. history, robbing taxpayers of their hard-earned money to fund Green New Deal projects and giving mass amnesty to illegal immigrants. Biden and Pelosi have made it clear they have no intention of listening to the American people, but instead are fully committed to the radical left's mission of fundamentally transforming America and imposing a big centralized government into more and more of our daily lives from the cradle to grave."
