U.S. Representative Glenn "GT" Thompson today released the following statement commemorating Veterans Day:
"Generations of brave men and women have defended our freedoms and protected our great country from threats across the globe. This Veterans Day, please join me in thanking those from Pennsylvania and across our country who have answered the call to serve.

"We owe the valiant men and women of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard and Reserves our unwavering support and gratitude. It is my honor to represent so many veterans from Pennsylvania. My unwavering commitment to them is to ensure they receive the care and support they so deserve, even after they transition from uniform to civilian lives. On behalf of a grateful nation, may God bless our veterans and may God bless the United States of America."
