U.S. Senator Steve Daines today issued the following statement on the discussion materials released by President Biden's court-packing commission:

"Biden's court packing commission was created with the sole purpose of creating a false justification and narrative for the Democrats to reshape the Supreme Court in a far-Left power grab. Democrats are on a mission to change the rules and stack the Court in their favor to impose their radical agenda on the American people. This is a partisan attack on the Court and the Constitution our nation was founded upon--even the late Justice Ginsburg agreed we should not pack the Court," Daines said.
