Bishop Announces Funds for Local Airport Improvements

Rep. Dan Bishop (NC-09) announced that North Carolina's Board of Transportation awarded the Laurinburg-Maxton Airport with $180,000 in state funds to design a new above-ground fuel farm:
"North Carolina's Laurinburg-Maxton Airport has an opportunity to be an economic driver for our region. These new funds will ensure the airport can realize its mission. Specifically, the $180,000 in funding will allow the Laurinburg-Maxton Airport to construct a new above-ground fuel farm. This is terrific news and I look forward to its completion," said Rep. Dan Bishop.
