Foster Statement on Supreme Court's Dismissal of GOP Challenge to Affordable Care Act

Today, Congressman Bill Foster (D-IL) issued the following statement after the U.S. Supreme Court dismissed a Republican challenge to the Affordable Care Act:
"Once again, the Supreme Court has upheld the Affordable Care Act as the law of the land. After a decade of Republican efforts to dismantle the ACA, today's ruling is a victory for tens of millions of Americans who are able to access lifesaving health care coverage because of the ACA's protections.
"Voting to pass the ACA is one of my proudest votes as a Member of Congress, and I'm committed to defending and strengthening it so that every American has access to affordable, high-quality health care."
