Larson Statement on the Supreme Court Upholding the Affordable Care Act

Today, Rep. John B. Larson (CT-01) released the following statement after the Supreme Court rejected the Republican lawsuit aiming to dismantle the Affordable Care Act:

"Republicans have waged a war on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) since it became law. Today, the Supreme Court upheld coverage for more than 20 million Americans and more than 135 million Americans with pre-existing conditions. The ACA is the law of the land, and it is here to stay.

"I was proud to have helped lead the enactment of the ACA and will continue to push for universal health care."
