Hayes to Partner with Connecticut VA and City of Waterbury to Host COVID-19 Clinic for Veterans

On Wednesday, March 24th, Congresswoman Jahana Hayes (CT-05) will partner with the Veterans Affairs of Connecticut Healthcare System and the City of Waterbury to offer a community-based COVID-19 vaccine clinic to veterans in the state.

Key Information for Attendees:

Veterans must be enrolled for care with Veterans Affairs (VA) to receive the vaccine.
Attendees may receive either the Pfizer or Moderna Vaccine.
Vaccines are available for enrolled patients of any age.
Face masks and physical distancing are required.
To maintain physical distancing, if possible, please do not bring anyone with you to the clinic.
