This evening, U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) released the following statement after President Trump signed the COVID-19 emergency relief bill passed by Congress last week.

"I am relieved the President has signed our bipartisan relief bill. I hope these emergency benefits can be quickly distributed to keep Americans fed, housed and our small businesses operating."
