Issue Position

After a fight of many years, Nicky's Law, a bill I filed in the House is now law in the commonwealth of Massachusetts. It provides for a registry of those who have been certified to have committed abuse of the intellectually and developmentally disabled so that they cannot work in another facility where they could repeat their abuse.
