When Journey's End, a Western New York Refugee Resettlement Agency, needed additional aid for its Immigration Legal Services program, Tim worked to secure $20,000 in state funding. This money is now ensuring that refugee families and asylum seekers across Western New York have access to free, quality legal representation as they navigate processes including naturalization, permanent residency, family reunification, and asylum. Tim believes that Buffalo's history - and its future - is more vibrant because of the contributions of all cultures, and keeps fighting for a more inclusive and safe community.
