The right to collectively bargain without intimidation or harassment is one of the most important rights for workers in the United States. All workers--including tipped workers, farm and domestic laborers--deserve a livable wage, paid sick leave, and safe working conditions. We must end the offshoring of jobs and corporate attacks on labor rights.
