Issue Position

Since President Trump took office, Democrats in Washington, D.C. have done everything they can to delay and obstruct us from approving his nominees to the federal government. Thanks to strong Republican leadership, we have approved over 180 conservative judges to lifetime appointments. Conservative Judges uphold the Constitution, not create laws from the bench. I voted to confirm Supreme Court Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh. These courts will decide the most important cases of our time, including attacks on the second amendment and the right to life. While Democrats in Washington threaten to use the courts as a political tool, I'm standing with President Trump to preserve the independence of the judicial branch and the integrity of our democracy.
