The Bay Area is in the midst of a serious housing crisis, making our neighborhoods some of the least affordable in the United States. Soaring costs are pushing families out of their homes -- and out of the Bay Area altogether. By building new affordable housing and promoting housing developments near public transportation, Evan is determined to increase affordability and livability to help keep families in the homes they love and the communities they know.
