I authored and passed House Bill 3106, also known as Molly Jane's Law, to implement a statewide single source system for detectives to share information on sexual assault investigations, so detectives in different jurisdictions can communicate and identify violent predators.
Furthermore, I authored and passed House Bill 3809 which extended the statute of limitations from 15 to 30 years for child sex abuse survivors wishing to bring suit against their abuser.
