E&C Announces Full Committee Markup of 30 Bills on Wednesday

Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-NJ) announced today that the Energy and Commerce Committee will hold a full Committee markup on Wednesday, July 15, at 11 am via Cisco WebEx video conferencing.
"As we continue to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, the Committee will mark up legislation in the health space that will expand access to care, strengthen mental health parity, provide mental health support to first responders and enhance the viability and transparency of the Strategic National Stockpile," Pallone said. "We will also be marking up legislation that will help us take a step forward in promoting clean and efficient energy for all Americans. And finally, we will consider legislation from our Communications and Technology Subcommittee that will make Americans safer, improve the security of wireless infrastructure and modernize federal spectrum management."
This markup will take place remotely via Cisco Webex video conferencing. Members of the public may view the hearing via live webcast accessible on the Energy and Commerce Committee's website. Please note the webcast will not be available until the markup begins.
