Small businesses are the cornerstone of our economy in the Southern Tier, Finger Lakes and Western New York and their success is critical to ensuring economic prosperity for generations to come. As part of his commitment to fight for our jobs and our future, Tom authored the bipartisan Revitalize American Manufacturing and Innovation Act (RAMI), which was signed into law. RAMI creates a network of regional institutes to create jobs and make the U.S. a leader in manufacturing again, while also working to provide tax and regulatory relief for small business.

Tom believes that low-cost energy is another key driver of job creation and economic growth. It's why he supports an all-of-the-above approach to our energy needs to improve our nation's energy infrastructure, incentivize energy exploration and promote the development of the workforce of tomorrow.
