Issue Position

I have always said that everyone in this country should have access to quality, affordable healthcare and have long advocated for a single-payer system. It's time to build upon the progress that we've made and provide universal, comprehensive healthcare for all.

✔️I'm fighting to lower the cost of prescription medications.

✔️I'm proud to sponsor Medicare for All and fought to include a public option in the House-passed Affordable Care Act in 2010.

✔️ I've always fought for a woman's right to choose and I always will. I will do everything in my power to defend Roe v Wade and stand strong in the face of anti-choice extremists.

✔️I'm working to pass legislation to protect consumers from healthcare industry price gouging and the for-profit insurance industry.
