U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) today issued the following statement about the ruling in the case of Texas v. United States regarding the Affordable Care Act:

This ruling enables the Trump Administration to continue its legal quest to strike down the law that made health insurance affordable for millions of Americans."
