"It's welcome news to hear that the UAW and Ford have reached a tentative agreement, and the details look positive for Michigan. I'm pleased that Flat Rock is going to continue to be the home of the iconic Mustang, and that new investment is also coming to Dearborn. Overall, it is great to see Ford incorporate more electric vehicle initiatives here in Michigan, including transaxles and motors, which will help ensure we stay at the forefront of innovation and technology. The tentative agreement now goes to UAW membership for ratification and the best workers in the world will have the final say on this tentative agreement."
