Lipinski Joins 331 House Colleagues in Voting to Stall House Resolution to Impeach President Trump

Congressman Dan Lipinski (IL-3) released the following statement today about his vote in support of tabling Congressman Al Green's (Texas-9) resolution to impeach President Trump:
"If the President is going to be impeached there must be a much stronger case than the one in Congressman Green's resolution. House committees are still investigating and Special Counsel Mueller will be testifying next week. That was the basis of my vote to table the impeachment resolution."
The vote to table the resolution, H. Res. 498, passed 332-95.
