Today, Congressman Guy Reschenthaler (PA-14) released the following statement on President Trump's Affordable Clean Energy rule:


"I applaud President Trump for investing in American jobs and protecting our national security by putting a stop to the Obama-era war on coal. The new ACE rule will replace the Obama Administration's disastrous and unconstitutional Clean Power Plan and return power to the states to craft innovative emissions reduction plans that save jobs.

"This is good news for both Pennsylvania families, who will see lower energy bills, and for domestic energy producers, who will no longer be handcuffed by burdensome and costly bureaucratic mandates. I am grateful to President Trump for his continued commitment to Pennsylvania coal jobs and the communities they support."
