Congressman Tom Rice (R-S.C.) released the following statement applauding Mexico's passage of USMCA.

"I applaud the Mexican Senate for their overwhelming vote to ratify the USMCA. Despite the naysayers, President Trump and Ambassador Lighthizer did an excellent job securing an agreement that will level the playing field for American workers and expand market access for our farmers while holding Mexico accountable to improve their labor standards. Now the only question is: Does Speaker Pelosi not want to give President Trump a victory so badly that she will hold back our economy and keep these benefits from America's workers and farmers?"
