Today, citing the impending long-term consequences of climate change on Arizona, Congressman Tom O'Halleran (AZ-01) voted to pass the Climate Action Now Act.
"From raging forest fires to decades-long droughts, every corner of our state has felt the effects of climate change. Today, we took decisive, bipartisan action to address this very real threat to the livelihood of Arizonans and the American people," O'Halleran said following the vote. "We have more work to do to invest in renewable energy infrastructure, especially in rural parts of the country. I look forward to continue these efforts with my colleagues on both sides of the aisle."
