Rep. Rick Larsen (WA-02), a senior member of the House Armed Services Committee, voted today to oppose the President's ban on transgender troops in the military.

"The administration's ban on transgender troops serving in the military is arbitrary, discriminatory and disrespectful to thousands of transgender servicemembers, past and present. I oppose the administration's ban and will continue to fight to overturn this disastrous policy so anyone who is willing and qualified can serve in the armed forces."
