Today, Rep. John B. Larson (CT-01) voted for H. Res. 271, a resolution led by Rep. Colin Allred (TX-32) condemning the Trump Administration's attacks on the Affordable Care Act and the American people's health care. Larson is a co-sponsor of H. Res. 271.

"The American people have spoken up time and time again, they want to keep the protections the Affordable Care Act gave them, and they want to strengthen our health care system, not make disastrous cuts. These attacks against pre-existing conditions protections and our health care system could leave millions of Americans in limbo. I am proud to be a co-sponsor of this resolution and vote for it today on the House floor. The Trump Administration needs to end the attacks on Americans' health care and work with Democrats on a real solution instead," said Larson.

Larson has introduced the Medicare Buy-In and Health Care Stabilization Act and Medicare X, both would allow Americans younger than age 65 to buy-into Medicare.
