Bill Johnson released the following statement regarding the natural gas pipeline rupture on January 21 in Noble County:
I'm continuing to closely monitor the natural gas pipeline rupture that injured two people and damaged at least three homes earlier this week in Noble County. Thank you to the first responders who were on site quickly to offer aid to the injured and put out the fires. I'm in communication with numerous county officials on the ground, as well as the pipeline operator. The operator is working closely with state officials, and we await details as to what caused the rupture of this pipeline built in the early 1950's.
