Issues: Civil Liberties and Civil Rights
My family and I were welcomed to Pawtucket when we fled violence in Colombia. I will fight to keep Rhode Island true to its history as a state built by the strength of immigrants from all over the world.
I will support legislation for criminal justice reform so that we have fewer people going to the ACI and more people going to URI.
I will fight for strong legislation to protect women's rights, reproductive rights and ensure equal pay for equal work.
