As the North Shore develops, Charles will ensure that he advocates for protections for it's current residents. This includes:
Working with developers to set aside blocks of affordable housing, for not just low-income, but MIDDLE income families as well
Advocate for property tax relief, such as a continued increase on eligibility for the Senior Citizen Homeowners Exemptions, veterans exemptions, and disabled exemptions
Support increases in funding for NYCHA
