Issue Position: Election Integrity and Voter ID

Issue Position

I support legislation that will ensure that the Election process in Nevada is Secure, Transparent and Fair to all candidates. This legislation will allow audits to be conducted at the request of the candidates after any election to compare the digital records to the paper records to guarantee election integrity in our election system.

I will support legislation that will require all voters in Nevada, at the polling place, to verify their identity with a government issued photo ID card. For citizens without such identification, to provide a government issued photo ID card at no cost.
