John Marshall said, "the power to tax is the power to destroy". We must limit the government's power to tax us at every level. As your State Senator, I will work to abolish the state income tax and property tax on senior citizens. People who have worked a lifetime to pay for their homes should not lose those homes because they cannot pay increasing property taxes.
