Rosen Statement on Supreme Court Ruling to Weaken America's Unions

Today, Congresswoman Jacky Rosen (NV-03) released the following statement in response to the Supreme Court's decision in Janus vs. AFSCME.

"The Supreme Court's decision deals a major blow to our unions, who provide working Americans with a path to the middle class," said Rosen. "Fair-share fees are necessary to support collective bargaining activities that benefit all workers so that they can advocate for better wages, safer working conditions, and protect themselves from arbitrary workplace decisions. As a former union member, I understand the support that labor organizations bring to families. That's why I will continue fighting to ensure Nevada's workers have the ability to advocate for themselves and their union rights."
