Is terrorism a thing of the past or of the time? Whether we call them ISIS, ISIS inspired or by any other name.
barry believes terrorism today is in part the result of the World Wide Web coupled with its ability to instantaneously mass communicate.

I'm believe it's with us to stay and there's little we can do to eradicate it. We can only hope to contain it through different modes of counter terrorism, advanced technology and plain old law good enforcement techniques.
As a strict advocate of constitutional rights we have a strict balancing act here to perform. I would call it the need to know versus the right to know or what constitutionalist call narrowly tailoring it to accomplish the task with the least intrusiveness possible to keep us safe.
