Issue Position

All people, regardless of race, ethnicity, sex, gender or sexual orientation deserve the right to the pursuit of happiness. Barry believes this includes, but is not limited to, the right to equal pay for equal work, the ability to decide who to marry and the ability to decide when to have children.

Barry is also a staunch supporter of recent Supreme Court decisions regarding the 1st, 2nd., 4th., 5th., 6th., and 8th Amendments to the United States Constitution along with the need to maintain the separation of power's between the three branches of government. The "Federal Courts must" remain apolitical for a free America.
