Congressman Liz Cheney's statement on Mark Klaassen's Senate confirmation to serve as Wyoming's US Attorney.

"I am pleased the Senate has confirmed Mark Klaassen to serve as the U.S. Attorney for the District of Wyoming. President Trump recognized Gillette native Klaassen's experience and ability when he nominated him for this position. Klaassen has served for nearly a decade as an assistant U.S. Attorney in Wyoming. Prior to that, he served in the Department of Homeland Security. Klaassen will continue to work effectively with law enforcement and the court system to continue to keep the communities in our state safe."
