U.S Representatives Budd released the following statement regarding President Trump's executive order protecting the nation from foreign terrorist entry into the United States.
"I am glad to see that President Trump is doing what he campaigned on - keeping America safe and protecting its citizens. As the White House said earlier, 325,000 people from foreign countries came into the United States yesterday and only 109 were detained for further vetting. It is only common sense that we extensively vet every single person coming to our country from a terrorist hotbed. I am disappointed by the way the media has sensationalized this action by our President."
