This week, Congressman Doug Lamborn voted in support of the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation (WIIN) Act:

"The most significant effect of this bill is that it forces the EPA to pay for the Animas River Spill that they caused in Colorado. Among other important items, this comprehensive bill will also provide resources to improve drinking water infrastructure, allow states to remove themselves from restrictive EPA coal ash mandates, and hold the EPA accountable."
