Ohio Congress Members Bet Pierogi, Corned Beef, Ballpark Mustard on World Series

Wagering on World Series' outcome is a bipartisan but diet-destroying pursuit in the U.S. House of Representatives this year.

On the Democratic side, Rep. Tim Ryan bet Illinois' Mike Quigley some Perla Perogies from Parma and Great Lakes beer that the Cleveland Indians will win. If the Chicago Cubs are defeated, Quigley will give Ryan Half Acre beer and Eli's cheesecake.

Republicans Jim Renacci of Medina and Peter Roskam of Illinois have their own food bet. If the Indians win, Roskam will have to give Renacci some Chicago-style deep-dish pizza from Geno's East. In the event of a Cubs victory, Renacci will send Roskam corned beef sandwiches from Slyman's with Bertman Orignal Ball Park Mustard.
