We must stay ever vigilant to ensure that here, in New York State, our government does not interfere in the personal, private, health care decisions of women. Health care decisions must always remain between a woman, her doctor, and her faith.

Planned Parenthood is under attack not only on the national level, but here in New York State as well. In 2016, extreme conservatives in the New York State Assembly introduced bill A09061, which would strip much needed funding for vital health care services for men, women, and families throughout New York State.

We can never back down, and must elect representatives that will ensure these attacks on women and health care never become law here in New York State.
