We should be adopting and pursuing a national manufacturing strategy. In promoting the export of U.S. goods, Made in America should be something that is looked for outside this country, not just inside. We've built quality products in the 10th district and throughout the country for generations. Let's encourage businesses, through fair incentives, to bring American jobs and innovation back to the United States. A major part of fulfilling this need is based in education as well, as we must train and secure a 21st century workforce.
