Congressman Poliquin Again Dodges Trade Issue

Two days ago, Emily Cain rejected the insufficiently strong Democratic Party Platform position on free trade and called on Congressman Poliquin to do the same with his toxic pro-free trade Republican Platform.

The result? Silence.

Said Cain, "Congressman Poliquin's history of strongly supporting free trade deals when he's not running for reelection and his silence now leaves little doubt: Congressman Poliquin either still supports free trade or is too cowardly to stand up to his own party. Either way, we deserve better. Congressman Poliquin is too self-serving, too calculating, and too political to trust. We deserve a leader who is willing to speak up, willing to share her opinions and beliefs, and willing to speak honestly with voters."
