The constitutional rights of Tennesseans are under a constant state of attack. Whether it's the EPA trampling on the rights of property owners and small farmers, or the federal government's constant attack on Tennessee's 10th Amendment rights, we face a daily assault that must be met with steadfast determination.

I'm of the firm belief that we must stand to protect not only the Constitution of the United States, but also the Constitution of Tennessee.
