Missouri must provide a welcoming, predictable environment to nurture new business activity and to support existing operations.
The state should not favor one business or company over any of that entity's competitors. Any tax credits or benefits must be available to all.
Missouri must join in the streamlined sales tax proposal to cover internet sales: local retailers with a physical presence in the state should not be at a tax disadvantage because on-line competitors are not required to support the state.
